JT AUTOLAB Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from our facility in the United States. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
  • FedEx — Estimated delivery in 1–5 business days depending on service selected

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide. International orders are fulfilled via:

  • USPS — Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days
  • DHL Express — Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
  • FedEx — Estimated delivery in 3–10 business days

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. JT AUTOLAB is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at juliantweedy1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders outside our listed shipping zones are not accepted at this time.
