5. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us at juliantweedy1@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been fulfilled or shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
8. International Orders For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. JT AUTOLAB is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred during customs clearance.
